• By Air (Long Distance):
  10 members (2 Business + 8 Economy). Client to book To & Fro flights with priority check-in, XL seats, meals, and 15 kg excess baggage.
• By Train (Mid Distance):
  AC 2/3 Tier or Executive Class.
• By Road (Short Distance):
  Comfortable tempo traveller / luxury vehicles.

All travel arrangements to be managed by the client.

• Hotel/rooms should be at the event venue or within 1 km distance.
• Accommodation must be comfortable and of good standard.
